This policy describes data handling in the iOS and iPadOS app. 2. No data collection during gameplay Pip’s Ballenbaan does not collect or transmit personal data to DAMZ Producties or third parties during gameplay. No online account is required. The game contains no advertising, analytics or tracking services, advertising identifiers, in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. 3. Local game data and settings The app stores game progress, achievements, stickers, scores and settings locally on the device. This information is used to preserve the game experience and progress in the sticker book. DAMZ Producties does not receive this information. SpeelPad settings may be shared locally with other SpeelPad apps where an Apple-authorised App Group is used. This is not an online account or a DAMZ Producties cloud service. 4. Spoken guidance Pip’s voice uses recordings bundled with the app. Spoken guidance works offline. The app does not record voices, listen to the child, or send text or audio to a speech or AI service during gameplay. 5. App Store purchase The app is a one-time paid download. Apple handles purchases and any refunds through the App Store. DAMZ Producties does not receive payment card details. Apple’s processing of data is covered by Apple’s privacy policy. 6. Children’s privacy and external links The game is designed to let children play and explore at their own pace. The app does not collect children’s personal data or ask for names, email addresses or other contact details. The app contains no external links. When you visit this website, the website and its hosting providers may process technical data such as an IP address; this policy about the game does not state that the website processes no technical data. 7. Retention and deletion Local game data remains on the device until it is deleted. You can delete the app and its local data through iOS or iPadOS settings. Choose ‘Delete App’; ‘Offload App’ retains app data. Shared SpeelPad settings may remain while other apps in the same App Group are installed. Any device backups are managed through your own Apple settings. DAMZ Producties cannot access those backups or local game data. 8.
