Privacy Policy — Pip’s Matching Pairs 27 October 2026 About this policy Pip’s Matching Pairs is developed and published by Kevin Damhuis, trading as DAMZ Producties. This policy covers the iOS and iPadOS app. The same app is called Pip’s Memory in Dutch and Pip’s Merkspiel in German. For privacy questions, contact k.damhuis@damzproducties.nl. No transmission of gameplay data During gameplay, the app does not collect or send personal data to DAMZ Producties or external services. No online account is required. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking services, advertising identifiers, in-app purchases or subscriptions. It does not request access to the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. What stays on your device The app stores game progress, sticker achievements and settings locally on the device to retain earned stickers and preferences. DAMZ Producties does not receive this data. Two players play on the same device; there is no online multiplayer. The app does not ask for a child’s name or contact details. Shared SpeelPad settings The technical architecture supports sharing general SpeelPad settings and any existing profile data locally with other SpeelPad apps through an Apple-authorised App Group. This is not an online account or a DAMZ Producties cloud service. The game has no screen requiring you to enter a child’s profile or name. Pip’s voice and offline play Spoken card names and guidance are recordings included in the app. Playback works offline. The app does not record voices, listen to players or send text or audio to a speech or AI service during gameplay. Services used to produce recordings during development are not called by the app. Apple and the App Store Apple distributes the app through the App Store and handles any payments, refunds and device backups according to your Apple settings. DAMZ Producties does not receive payment card details. Apple’s own data processing is covered by its privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Retention and deletion Local game data remains until it is deleted from the device. You can delete the app and its associated local data through iOS or iPadOS settings. Choose “Delete App”; “Offload App” retains app data. Shared settings may remain while other apps in the same App Group are installed. Manage any backups through your Apple settings. DAMZ Producties cannot access or delete these local files or backups on your behalf. Website and support This policy describes the app, not all data processing by the website. When you visit the website, the site and its hosting providers may process technical information such as your IP address. The website’s privacy and cookie information applies to that processing. The current app contains no external links. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use this to answer your enquiry and handle necessary follow-up correspondence, retaining it no longer than necessary for those purposes or required by law. Please do not send unnecessary personal information about children. Your rights and contact Where we process personal data about you, you may request access, correction or deletion. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request restriction or portability, object to processing or withdraw any consent you have given. Contact k.damhuis@damzproducties.nl. You may complain to the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority. These rights do not give us access to game data held only on your own device.
